Adoption Application.

This application is for families who have chosen a specific puppy on the Available Puppies page and are ready to reserve.

  • Puppies are reserved on a completed-packet basis, not on who submitted the form first.
  • A puppy is officially reserved only after we have received the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement and the $1,000 deposit.
  • By submitting, you confirm that if we approve you, you intend to sign the agreement and pay the $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of our approval email.
  • The $1,000 deposit is credited toward the purchase price ($3,600 black & cream; $3,800 clear or shaded cream).

  1. We read every application and reply by email.
  2. If approved, you receive the Puppy Purchase Agreement and a $1,000 deposit invoice (Square).
  3. Sign and pay within 24 hours to reserve your puppy.
  4. Pick up at 8 weeks in La Grange, or an approved delivery.
